| ■ 抄録・要旨 | In vitro plant regeneration of Agave angustifolia Haw through indirec somatic embriogenesis from cigotic embryo used as explant is described. Somatic embriogenesis was evident after a week of subculture initiation on modified MS medium suplemented with L2 vitamins and 2,4-dichlorophenoxiacetic acid (0.01mgL-1). Germination of somatic embryos was achievied after four days of transfered to half-strength MS medium hormone free. The plants formed from somatic embryos were transfered to pot with 100% survival rate. |
